What?

An action under the framework of the ‘Healthy Company’ model to get employees moving.

How?

Using surprising media to get the word out, we developed materials to convey information about the benefits of sports in a visual and attention-grabbing way, leveraging on the messages to gain employees’ attention and encouraging them to participate. We measured their satisfaction live through a button for collecting feedback.

Why?

To activate all employees and promote healthy lifestyles through sport and teamwork and to raise awareness of how important their health is while having fun.

What?

Internal convention to effect change in employee attitudes.

How?

One of the most important actions was the exhibition in the convention area, whose primary goal was to inspire employees. The exhibition was about real experiences of people who made history in different areas. At the end of the walkthrough, the employees were invited to tell their own experiences in the company as an example of how to overcome obstacles.

Why?

To make sure that the sales reps at Boiron pharmaceutical lab knew that they had all the tools they needed to achieve their goals thanks to a new strategic project and their momentum.

'The Golden Christmas Party'

What?

1920s company Christmas party.

How?

We invited all the employees to spend a day in the ‘Roaring ‘20s’, holding the event in a theatre in Madrid. Atmosphere was created in the presentations, photocalls and performances (swing dancers, saxophonists, etc.). Guests were gifted a 20s-style costume kit. The day’s agenda, led by a Master of Ceremonies, included presentations, a gala lunch and a charity casino and raffle. All proceeds went to an NGO.

Why?

To look back at the most important moments of the past year and celebrate the end of 2017 together with a celebrative and charitable event.
